Stress studied: In a 2011 Mayo Clinic study of 13,198 employees, 2147 rated themselves as highly stressed (16%). The additional problems in this subgroup included poorer health, lower quality of life, less support, more fatigue, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol and obesity. The study also showed that these same folk more often than not dropped out of wellness programs that typically expected tired stressed people to run on a treadmill and put in hours in the gym.

Our programs combine principles from all of those practices, as well as principles taken from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help change thoughts from self-defeating to life-enhancing; PLUS we have added the motivational techniques used by professional athletes to help them be as good as they can be.
